What better way to kick off a blog than with a post about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale? I generally use the sale as an opportunity to pick up old favorites on sale and pick up a few unexpected surprises here and there. An unexpected favorite from last year that has returned this year was this white shirt, which is perfect for wearing with leggings.
Pajamas // I had my eye on these last year, but they sold out in my size so I rushed to snag these before they disappeared.
Bra // I have this in red and could not wait to pick it up in nude.
Pullover // This was an impulse purchase. I cannot resist a slouchy, oversized pullover so into my cart this went to try.
Sneakers // Yet another unexpected purchase from the sale this year. I've worn my old pair of sneakers in a similar style quite a bit so these seemed like a great replacement.
Leggings // I cannot say enough good things about these leggings. I'm seriously contemplating grabbing another pair during the sale!
Wireless Bra // This is another favorite from last year so I grabbed another black one and another nude one.
Sweatpants // Ever since moving into a house and painting every room, it seems that all my lounge clothes have been stained by paint. These seemed like a good option to replace a paint-stained pair currently in my drawer.
Cardigan // This is the softest cardigan ever! I got it in graphite last year and the stone color was the first thing I placed in my cart this year.
Based on my sister's recommendation, I also grabbed this face polish before it went out of stock.
Unfortunately, I placed my orders when Nordstrom was encountering site difficulties and some of the items I was eyeing are out of stock. I am anxiously hoping some of things I had my eye on are restocked for public access on July 21st, but if they don't maybe it's a sign that I should grab some other things I've recently come across...
